Wine Tastings

Come enjoy Mclaren Vale's luxury cellar door wine tasting experience. We offer 4 types of wine tastings: Inkwell Estate Tasting ($15), Reserve Tasting ($30), Fabulous Fortified Tasting ($15) and Wild West Tasting($15). To ensure you’ll have your tasting in a time that suits you and to minimise waiting times, bookings are highly encouraged. The maximum number of people per booking is 6 people. The number of people in your party (including children, if any) is your group size, not the number of people tasting. Children will be required to remain seated during your visit. If they can not do so, we will request that your child leave the licensed area or your group leave for the safety of everyone else.

Occupying the top floor of a two-story building constructed from 20 shipping containers, the Inkwell Tasting Rooms give you four ways to enjoy tasting - from our ever-changing Daily Tasting Menu or our Vintage Tasting menu, indoors or outdoors. We have three deck areas including a rooftop viewing deck with views from Mount Lofty to the tip of the Fleurieu peninsula, a sit-down table service around our fireplace for Vintage Tastings and a stand up tasting area.

In order to ensure a great experience for you, we  are requesting that you to ring ahead on 0468 883 776 or through our chat. Allow 45 minutes per tasting session. All tasting will be conducted seated at tables or bench. Tasting fees are not applicable to purchases. Maximum group size is 6 persons for online bookings.
