2021 Inkwell Pressure Drop Cabernet Sauvignon is made the way we grew up loving it - intensely flavoured without the weight found in more common higher alcohol styles. Hand picked, fermented wild and cellared in first class French oak barrels for 18 months prior to bottling.

Inkwell’s 2021 estate grown single vineyard Cabernet was grown on sandy loam over Pirramimma Sandstone geological formation. Minimum effective SO2 added. There are 12 bottles in each case.
