From our cherished Block 1, this single-vineyard Shiraz represents a fascinating chapter in our Natural Law journey. Through an extended, slow fermentation that continued until December 2022, we discovered a wine of such distinct character that it demanded its own release - marking our first year producing two expressions of Natural Law from the same vintage.

This medium-bodied Shiraz balances vibrant freshness with the depth and complexity characteristic of Inkwell's signature style. Crafted with absolutely no added sulphites or other additions, it's a pure expression of site and season. The wine demonstrates remarkable versatility - equally compelling at traditional serving temperature or slightly chilled for those warm McLaren Vale afternoons.

True to our minimal-intervention philosophy, this wine was handpicked at optimal ripeness and crafted with meticulous care to showcase the natural essence of our Block 1 fruit.
