2020 (release) Inkwell Dark Star Fortified Zinfandel (2x375ml)
The most special time of the year at Inkwell is when we pick and ferment the Black and Blue at the end of each vintage. This vintage fortified wine was matured in small, reconditioned 100 year-old fortified barrels for two years. Half of the production is saved and put into the “solera” that we started in 2012. The 2020 release of this aged wine has the complexity of all these vintages together. Delicious.
Half-case is 6 bottles of 375ml and case is 12 bottles of 375ml.
Alc/Vol 21.5%.
