N l E l W is our new designation for Non Estate Wines meaning that we did not grow the grapes at Inkwell. In this case, we made this Arinto from fruit purchased at Ricca Terra in the Riverland as we have for a number of years. We have also planted Arinto at Inkwell but it is not yet bearing fruit here. Arinto is a warm weather white variety from northwest Portugal where it is often made to Vinho Verde or as a standalone varietal. We love it for its lemon lime, fine tannin structure and hint of salinity that reminds us of a wonderful tart enjoyed in a seaside bakery. Unfiltered, unfined. Alc. 11.6% by Vol.
